Our Shipping Policies
Shipping costs are based on actual UPS and Canada Post rates. Below are all the shipping options we have to offer.
UPS Standard - This service is offered directly through our checkout process on the website. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery
Canada Post - This service is offered through our check out process and is recommended for the smaller light items.
Pick up - This service is for local customers who can easily pick up their order and avoid shipping costs. Note: not all items are stocked in our warehouse so a minor shipping charge may be applied to get those items to the store location.
Custom Quote Shipping - This service is also offered at checkout. This service is for large items and bulk orders. When purchasing such, you will go through the checkout process as usual and check this option. You will pay for your item minus the shipping cost. We will then notify you of this cost and add it to your order. Payment can be made via the website or by phone. Once full payment is made (product purchase+shipping cost) we will then ship your order. Note: If you are unhappy with the shipping quote we offer you you can ask for refund for the amount paid.
International shipping may inquire additional charges eg. duties and taxes due upon receipt of your package.

UPS and Canada Post Tracking - All tracking can be done through the ship notification email. Please provide a legitimate email address if you wish to track your package. If you have any issues with tracking your package please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 1-800-407-6898.
We accept PayPal, debit and most credit cards.

Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed and full payment is received. Please scroll up to Shipping Policies to review your shipping options.
After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and will also be emailed to you. Once the order is processed and shipped you will receive another email indicated you items have shipped and your tracking information will be present. Please print the onscreen page and save the email for your records.
If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address for the credit card the order will not ship. Moderx.com uses a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address; if that information is not provided within two weeks the order will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately.
Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.
Damaged Product Received - All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website. Please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items.
Unsatisfied with Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a credit towards another purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable. Please contact us for an RA# before items are returned.
Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to MODE Rx are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges unless a product is damaged.
